PAVILION
The Pavilion is a year-round facility (both air conditioned and heated) that offers accommodations for a variety of events for people of all ages. The Pavilion is a perfect location to hold a graduation party, wedding reception, birthday party, or family reunion. The building has tables and chairs inside for 130 people and can accommodate additional people on the outside covered patio.
SCORE Pavilion rates are:
Monday through Thursday-$150 per day
Friday through Sunday- $300 per day.
All Invoices must be paid within 5 days of approval of reservation.
Exceptions for City holidays that fall on Monday through Thursday. The fee for those days is the weekend rate. (President's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran's Day and Martin Luther KIng Day. The Pavilion is not available on Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Year's Day.

Note:
A damage deposit of $200.00 must be paid at the Field House prior to key pick-up.
Renters must stick to their reserved day and hours of operation. Additional fees will be charged for using the facility outside of scheduled rental.
